Order Forms
Retail Discount
You may deduct 3% from the Merchandise Total when you pay at the time of ordering. Discount does not apply to Periodical orders.
Payment
A new customer must include payment with the order. Payment must be in U.S. currency. Mastercard and VISA accepted.

Delivery
Normal delivery time is 10 days to 3 weeks after receipt of order for shipments within the U.S.
