If you order 25 or more, you may have a personal imprint at the bottom of all twelve calendar pages. There is no extra charge. The imprint area is 5" x 5/8" and may be one, two or three lines long. See the "Addison Lighting Company" imprint example in the calendar above.
To order an imprint:
1. Prepare and mail in the order form (or e-mail the order form information).
2. Be sure to include your e-mail address on the order form.
3. Check the imprint box on the order form. 
4. Carefully prepare and e-mail your 1-, 2- or 3-line imprint to BTPOrders@cs.com. Check it carefully. No proof copy will be sent back to you.
